At The Sound of Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your records arrive damaged or you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, sealed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Records

  Carefully place the vinyl in its original packaging or a sturdy, specialized mailer to ensure it is protected from warping or breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
